etlr has shut down

etlr stopped running on 31 July 2026.

Not because it broke, and not because nobody was using it. The ground just moved. When I started building this, stitching these workflows together by hand was genuinely hard. Then Claude and Codex got good enough to do most of it unprompted, and I noticed I'd stopped reaching for my own tool. That's usually a sign.

Thank you to everyone who used it, broke it, and emailed me about the bits that didn't work. You made it considerably better than it deserved to be.

I'm now full time on Pendra. Still built in Wales.
